North Palm Beach Lanai Sunrooms & Patios was founded in 2017 right here in North Palm Beach. This is a small village - about 3.6 square miles tucked between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic coast - and we have worked every neighborhood in it.
We started the business because we kept seeing homeowners in Palm Beach County get burned by out-of-town crews who did not understand what building near the water actually requires. Salt air, high-wind code requirements, HOA rules, and the village permit process are not things you figure out on the fly. We knew this area and we knew the trade, so we built a company around doing it correctly.
Most of our customers find us because a neighbor referred them. That tells us everything we need to know about how we are doing. We build sunrooms, patio enclosures, and outdoor living spaces that hold up in this climate and look right on homes in this community.
